Yesterday, I was tending Rq in his room. He was in bed, going to nap.

Then I went out just to go to the rest room. He had cried, feeling left behind. Apparently, he came off the bed and walked to the door.

When i returned about a minute later, he was not crying anymore. So, while turning the knob, I praised him :Rikki pinter...nggak nagis.

But alas, the door coud not open! Tried harder, but to no avail. "Novi...Rikki terkunci didlm!" Oh I was so shocked and scared and what not!

Anen and Novi came and tried to call him from the outside window. Luckily (but also dangerously) one of the doors was not properly locked (!). We forced it open, but then another mosquito door was locked from the inside. Now Rq could hear our voices very clearly. He came to the window/door and was laughing, enjoying himself. Novi tried to coach him to open one of the doors. Ofcourse...he cannot. he is just a 20 months old toddler!

I was ready to push the door by force, when Novi noticed that another door/window without mosquito window, is just clicked easily. She asked Rq to shake the door...which RQ did, haha...using his naughty nature of shhaking everything. Plop...door opened and he was happily laughing.

Then they told a secret that a few days ago, while I was out, RQ was also locked, which they kept from me. He was rescued by the tenants worker, using screwdrivers to pry the door open!

I said: You should have told me...so I would hide the key or put it somewhere Rq can't reach!> You know, the key was turned TWICE!

Yesterday we went to vivit ojiichan.
When we arrived, Ojiichan was in themiddle of his Yoga exercise.
Rq looked hard and intently at him. Then walked around and he started to take off his own shirt...ready to jump in the pool.
Ojiichan had again put hot solar water to warm the water. How lucky Rq is!

E-mail from Grandma :

Kemarin sempat ketemuan sama Ling dan kayla. Tapi sayangnya Kayla lagi panas karena radang kuping. Jadi pas Rq juga mau imunisasi, Kayla sekalian diperiksa oleh dokter. Panasnya sampai 39.7...lumayan tinggi. Sesdh nunggu lama karena dokter terlambat, Kayla masih harus periksa darah karena sdh 3 hari panas.

Ternyata ok semuanya. Cuma saja mereka tidak bisa naik pesawat sampai radangnya mereda.

Dengan anggota T lainnya ndak sempat ketemu. Cuma Net yg sdh nunggu di Senayan, kemudian pindah ke FX Kuishinboo. Andy joined up later.

Julie (penagntin baru) dan suaminya kemudian pisah dan jalan sendiri.

Ternyata Rq juga panas, dan malam2 rewel sekali. Tapi sekarang sdh turun panasnya dan lagi makan bubur dgn ikan salmon asap.

Oma Tien is Grandma's sister. She takes hours to come visit me, and than go back every week.

She is now old and week.

Emi and I realized Rq is good at "manipulating" people to his end use. Reminds me of Naomi when she was small...She could and would really manipulate people, so she could get what she wanted, also could get away with her mischiefs! Haha... so cute!

You remember saying, even in adult years....ii mon...kawaii dakara!

Rikki Talks

Rikki is back and well, entertaining the whole house with his cheerful voice. Really, not exaggerating!

Just now daichan was leaving for work.
Rikki followed from behind and laughing loudly.
This morning he used one complete Japanese sentence to me: Obaachan no ocha to papa no ocha! Then he pointed to the jar of BG< saying Mau goreng! Mau bawang goreng rupanya.

Emi takes day off from work as she is also slightly feverish...same flu that Rikki, Ojiichan and myself have. I hope Naomi doesnt get any flu. If you have, dont take any medication without docter's prescription. or even better, heal it naturally without obat. Just take a lot of fluid.
